An elegant Georgian farmhouse in ten acres of private grounds located just outside Lamphey village. The owners invite guests to share the peace and tranquillity of their home, by providing comfortable and well furnished accommodation with stunning views towards the South Pembrokeshire coast.

They only provide three guest bedrooms which means that they can offer guests a personal service of the highest standard. Their aim is to welcome you as guests but to ensure that you leave as friends.

Its magnificent Maplewood floors are covered with Persian rugs, and furnished with a mixture of antique and modern furniture. It combines the elegance of a period house with the warmth and intimacy of a private home.

Location - Lower Lamphey Park is the perfect place for your visit to Pembrokeshire. Just two miles from the historic town of Pembroke and five miles from the popular tourist resort of Tenby. Close to fine sandy beaches, ancient castles and other historic sites, and a wide range of tourist and leisure facilities.


Tranquillity - Lower Lamphey Park is situated in its own grounds, approached by a private driveway. You can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our gardens, or walk in our paddocks, far removed from the hubbub of daily life.

Three guest bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The guest rooms are south facing, looking out over the garden, with magnificent views across open countryside towards the South Pembrokeshire coast.

This room has a double aspect with additional views to the west towards Lamphey village and Pembroke.

Self Catering

Some of the outbuildings at Lower Lamphey Park have been converted to create four self-catering cottages. They are double glazed throughout with full central heating, and are furnished and equipped to the highest standard. Bed linen, towels etc... are provided.

The cottages overlook a landscaped courtyard, which provides a safe environment for families and children. Three of the cottages also have rear gardens, providing guests with additional personal space and privacy. Car parking is located to the rear of the cottages.

Well behaved pets are welcome.

St Twinnell’s Cottage
3 bedrooms, Sleeps 6 to 8.

Ground floor
The sitting area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, coffee table and television The dining area seats eight comfortably and the kitchen is equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

In addition, there is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin and a large 'wet room' shower (Ideal when returning from the beach).

Upstairs
Upstairs there is a bathroom, one double and two twin bedrooms, each around 12' square. There is plenty of space for additional child's bed when needed.

St Teilo's Cottage
1 bedroom, sleeps 1 to 3

St Teilo's cottage provides exceptionally spacious accommodation on two floors.
Downstairs, the open plan living area is entered via a double door opening onto the courtyard area. The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchair and coffee table. The television is equipped with freeview and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Belling ceramic hob cooker, microwave and combined washing machine / dryer.

The rear hallway leads to a downstairs cloakroom and the back door provides access to a small garden and car parking to the rear of the cottages.

Upstairs the large bedroom with a high coved ceiling and exposed beams. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and attractive pine furniture and has an en-suite shower. There is plenty of space for an additional child bed which can be provided on request.

Tariff: From £220 PW to £410PW (High Season)

St Petrox' Cottage
2 bedrooms, sleeps 2 to 4

St Petrox' cottage provides comfortable accommodation on two floors. Downstairs the open plan living area is entered from the courtyard via a stable door. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table and the Television is equipped with freeview and a DVD player. An attractive wood burning stove can provide some extra warmth on a chilly evening.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Belling ceramic hob cooker, dish washer, microwave and combined washing machine / dryer.

The rear hallway leads to a downstairs cloakroom and the back door provides access to a small garden and car parking to the rear of the cottages.

Upstairs there is a shower room, a double and a twin bedroom with low windows, high coved ceilings and exposed beams. The bedrooms are fully furnished with attractive pine furniture.
