Details: Locations don't come much more exciting than this. Within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and just 15 minutes walking distance of the Pembrokeshire Costal Path, Stackpole Quay and Barafundle Bay - described by the Sunday Times as "a desert island dream beach in Wales." Close by are the Stackpole Trust Centre, the Lily Ponds of Bosherston and the stunning beach - Broad Haven. Also St Govans Chapel, The Green Bridge of Wales (a huge natural sea arch) and Stack Rocks (a bird watchers paradise) are a short drive away, as are the beaches of Freshwater East and Freshwater West for the more energetic surfers amongst us.

Climbers of all grades visit the area to tackle the cliff faces, fishermen will enjoy casting from the beaches and rocks, or perhaps going out by boat will with local fishermen and, not forgetting the children, there are events and fun at Pembroke Castle, Folly Farm and Oakwood Leisure Park all only 20 minutes drive away.

High quality home cooked food has earned the Inn a place in many of the top guides including The AA Best Pubs For Food Lovers - The Michelin Guide - The Which Pub Guide - Country Pubs & Inns of Wales and many more. Recently, the UK licensed trade magazine, The Morning Advertised, has voted The Stackpole Inn, Best Food Pub Wales for the years 2005 & 2006 and we have been awarded the Pembrokeshire Food Mark in recognition of our use of the very best of local produce.

The Stackpole Inn is a freehouse which enables them to select the best real ale for customers.

Double Dragon (the beer of Wales) and Best Bitter from Felinfoel, together with Reverend James from Brains are always available. These three Welsh ales are complimented by the addition of a guest ale chosen from breweries around the UK.

Local Celtic Gold lager, and Carlsberg lagers are on tap along with Guinness and Stowford Press draught cider. A very good wine list is also on offer!
