The bungalow is laid out with an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge with dining table and comfortable seating for 4. Leading from the main room via a small hall are the two bedrooms and shower room.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, built in storage, chest of drawers, tall cupboard
Bedroom 2: Twin single beds, built in storage Shower Room: Large shower (electric), toilet, handbasin, heated towel rail.
Facilities Washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, DVD / CD player, payphone, washing line, cooker and ceramic hob. Electric wall heaters. Highchair and travel cot. Sheltered garden to side of Property. Bed linen provided. Small selection of childrens games.

Booking details: Availability Payment terms: £50 payable on booking. Balance due 4 weeks prior to start of booking. Payment accepted by cheque or Paypal. 10% Discounts available on bookings of more than 1 week. Out of season bookings / short breaks available, contact above for details.
General Information: Change over day is Saturday – please arrive after 3pm and vacate by 10am. Access to the bungalow is via a flight of a dozen shallow steps and is therefore not wheelchair friendly. Please bring your own towels and drying up cloths. Electric use is included in the price. The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are allowed - but not on the furniture please.
