The accommodation comprises of a large farmhouse kitchen, utility room, bathroom, lounge, two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and a wc. A cot and high chair are also available.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, pine dining table and chairs. A washing machine and drier are provided in the adjoining utility room/boot room.

The living room has one sofa, an arm chair, a TV, DVD and CD player and overlooks the small garden to the front of the property which is a good area for summer BBQs.

The bathroom is complete with a bath, separate shower, wc and hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided.

There is central heating throughout the property and bed linen is provided.

This is an ideal house for summer or winter lets. Close to Mewslade and Rhossili. Great for walkers, surfers and bird watchers etc. A drying room for wet suits is also available.

The owners will also make reservations for you at The Bay Bistro and Coffee Shop, should you require an evening meal after your journey or during your stay. The restaurant is within walking distance and is child friendly.

Surf board and wetsuit hire is also available from Sam's Surf Shack which is also within walking distance.

Mewslade is a short distance away, only a 10-15 minute stroll down the valley. The nearest shop is at Scurlage which is a 5 minute drive. If you want to eat out, the nearest restaurant is in Rhossili (opens 2006), which is a 15-20 minute walk.
