NORTH HEADBOROUGH is a small-holding just minutes from the lovely Pembrokeshire coastline and central to the national park. This tranquil location provides an excellent opportunity for a refreshing break. ACCOMMODATION Guests have their own entrance and lounge. Both rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, colour televisions and radio alarm clocks. There are both twin and double bedded options and up to five people can be accommodated with the use of an extra bed in either room. The comfortable guest lounge is ideal for relaxing in after a long day exploring the delights of Pembrokeshire. On chilly evenings a comforting wood burner is lit. Wild bird feeders are situated for easy viewing from the guest rooms. LOCAL AREA From here many activities and interests can be catered for: walking and cycling, boat trips and castles. However the appeal for most is the quiet rural setting and the rugged coastal landscape. We are just one mile from the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. North Headborough is central for access to the 186 mile long coastal footpath. For bird watching enthusiasts the islands of Skokholm, Grassholm and Skomer are reached from this peninsular. The sandy beaches of Broad Haven and Little Haven are a five minute drive away. Britain's smallest city of St. Davids is 15 miles along the coast. Several castles, open to the public are within a short distance. We are four and a half miles from the county town of Havefordwest and close to Pembroke Dock and Fishguard for connections to Ireland. You are welcome to borrow our maps and guide books to go off walking or cycling. FOOD We serve a choice of breakfasts to suit all tastes, ranging from our hearty traditional farmhouse cooked breakfast to our popular and delicious Canadian style pancakes served with maple syrup. The sausages and bacon are from our own home reared pigs. Packed lunches are available for those long coastal walks! Lorraine, who loves to cook, also prepares delightful 3 course evening meals for £17.50 each.
